About Helensville Dental Centre

Helensville Dental Centre has been established since 1983. For a relaxing, stress-free, arm-chair experience, you can gaze through magnificent trees to the Kaipara River, and the tranquillity of the boats moored at the Kaipara Cruising Club.

The Helensville Dental Centre offers the latest techniques using the latest materials and equipment. We offer a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry including, Crowns, Bridges, and Bleaching, Fillings and Extractions, Root Canal Therapy, Winz quotes are welcome and Emergency Treatments including ACC.

Dr Jasper Tang and Dr Juea Park are our dentists, and Tina, Rose and Lily will make sure you are comfortable and well looked after. They all help to provide a good, friendly environment and encourage people not to be shy about visiting even if they have not been to a dentist for a decade or more.

Siew Ling Tang (Jasper)

Jasper was born in Sabah, East Malaysia, and immigrated to NZ in 1993. She graduated as a dentist from the University of Otago in 1999. She worked in the far North, Rotorua and Hamilton before joining the Helensville Dental Centre in 2007.

Jasper keeps up to date with new technologies and strongly advocates continuous education in order to offer her patients the best possible treatment. Jasper’s patients appreciate her gentle and pain free approach as well as her easygoing personality.

Dr. Juea Park studied Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences, followed by Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago. Upon graduating, Dr. Park worked as a dental house surgeon at MidCentral DHB, where she was able to experience different roles within a hospital setting to provide emergency care for orofacial trauma and infections. She also provided dental care for patients who are medically compromised, have an intellectual disability or present with oral pathology.

Dr. Park enjoys all areas of dentistry and strives to provide a positive, comfortable, and pain-free dental experience to help patients to have healthy smiles that they can be proud of. In addition to treating adults, Dr. Park enjoys treating children and young adolescents as she is an advocate for prevention of dental disease as well as promotion of a positive dental experience from an early age.
